Shipping and delivery

Lord will not be responsible for any delay in delivery by the shipping company, and Lord only guarantees delivery of the shipment to the shipping company within 2-5 working days from the date of order and payment or according to the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. All orders will be delivered to the buyer's registered address in accordance with the credit card and Lord is in no way responsible for any damage to the product in transit to the buyer while we strive to ship all the products in your order together, it may not always be possible due to the characteristics or availability of the product.

• Please note that all overseas shipping items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice stating the price, according to tax regulations
• For Domestic Buyers: Orders will be shipped through registered local courier companies and/or courier only. Orders are shipped from 2 to 5 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation and shipment delivery as per the rules of the courier/post office.
• For International Buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international couriers only.

Is signature necessary when receiving my order?

All purchases made through the WordPress site require the signature of the customer (or an authorized adult) for security reasons. All orders are delivered by the shipping company. In the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery, the shipping company makes 3 attempts to deliver over 3 consecutive working days. If no one is available to sign for the parcel delivery, after 5 days without contact, the parcel will be returned to Lord. And the shipping company tries to contact the customer and ship the package back. The customer will be charged the shipping costs
